Well, this is an issue Guest Edited by Michael H. Lester! Some absolutely wonderful work that closes all genre. Nicely done, and I am so grateful that he took the time to put together this great collection.

Great to see Prune Juice and Failed Haiku jointly run the Third Annual Jane Reichhold Haiga Competition! I’m delighted that some of the successful writers have also been on our courses.

Great issue from Failed Haiku, and don’t forget to enjoy Prune Juice that has just come out, so spoilt by having both Failed Haiku and Prune Juice continue to deliver senryu in abundance!

    warm regards,

I am very grateful for the opportunity the ubiquitous and fabulous Mike Rehling gave me to guest edit the Guy Fawkes issue #35 of one of my absolutely favorite journals, Failed Haiku!

I am also very grateful to all the poets who submitted their wonderful humorous failed haiku for this issue, keeping me busy and laughing for days!

Congratulations to everyone and thanks to Mike! Keep on failing!

    Best wishes,
    Michael H. Lester
